In the grand scheme of metal, Brainstorm is barely a blip on the proverbial map (for me anyway). I know them by name but nothing they do or have ever done matters to me in the least. Their existence has been profoundly inconsequential, as far as I'm concerned.

I've been meaning to re-evaluate this one for a while now and keep getting sidetracked.

This is my disc of the year thus far. Not a single questionable moment lies within for this white boy. From where I'm standing, the best they've put out since Horrorscope, possibly even better. Only time will tell on that though. The last Overkill disc that got me even half as enthused as this was W.F.O. and maybe Killbox 13 after that. This one obliterates both of those without any effort whatsoever.

Wow. That's very surprising. I would have thought that you'd have the entire thing embedded into your memory so firmly that listening to it would be a complete waste of time. I haven't listened to it but maybe once or twice in the past five years but I do remember what a relief it was after the Chameleon debacle.
